Milngavie Residence
Project: Milngavie Residence
Client: Aiden Sweeney
We were recently asked to carry out air tightness testing on a property close to our HQ in Milngavie, Glasgow. As part of the visit, we completed detailed leakage diagnostics to identify where heat was being lost and where cold draughts were entering the building.
The property achieved a result under the building regulations target, and we were able to issue the required certification for Building Control completion. Thanks to Aiden for having us out.

“Delighted with the quick response from Wendy at Alba air tightness testing, explained everything I need to do in preparation as was first time getting air test done. Also I’d say not expensive in today’s terms of getting things done when building a house. Very helpful all-round. Definitely would and will recommend AATT Ltd to anyone looking for this service.”
