Alba Air Tightness Testing successfully carried out air tightness testing on three industrial units at the South Drum Retail Park, on behalf of Precision Projects Scotland Ltd.
We would like to thank Alastair and Craig for assistance on site. The units achieved an excellent average air permeability result of 3.31 m³/hr/m², comfortably meeting regulatory requirements and aligning with the project’s current ventilation strategy.
